Dean HaynesworthBPM Founding Partner and CEO Dean@BlackProgressMatters.org The Black Progress Matters MissionBlack Progress Matters recognizes that the color of the executive suite speaks volumes about the character of an organization as well as the true opportunity available for people of color in that organization. BPM believes that if you look to the top of an organization and see Black leadership - it will inspire everyone of color in that organization. Our main objective, therefore, is to change the color of leadership in organizations worldwide through our various executive staffing activities. BPM is built on the premise that if our BPM Executive Staffing Program can secure the opportunity to fill an executive opening for an organization with a qualified and appropriate Black candidate, we can change the color of the executive suite while enhancing the aspiration of everyone of color within that organization.– Dean Haynesworth, BPM Founding Partner and CEOLeading organizations require diversity in leadership to add perspective and effectiveness as their employee-base becomes increasingly more diverse. While there has been encouraging growth in Black professionals in the workplace, many organizations are struggling with diversity at the executive level - and delivering diversity at the executive level is key to our mission. While our BPM Executive Staffing Program is the first pillar of our mission, we also provide an ambitious incubator program for the development and funding of Black-owned start-ups. Developing successful Black ownership is an essential component of BPM’s core mission to change the color of the executive suite of organizations worldwide.

BPM Black-Owned Business IncubationA key pillar of our Black Progress Matters mission is our Black-Owned Business Incubator Program. Additionally, BPM Teaming Partners, Advantage Global Resources, PremCloud, and AdvBrands Group, are at the ready to help incubate any potentially viable Black start-up concept.Investment OpportunityWhile each opportunity will encourage additional investment, we are confident that the pledged profits of BPM will continue to provide substantial start-up funding. The rst solution to provide enterprises with an immediate deterrent to inherent bias in their organization. The UnBiasIt Data Stack is the first solution to provide enterprises with an immediate deterrent to inherent bias in their organization, as well as delivering the most advanced data management solution available in the marketplace today.Unlike other assets, data presents a unique challenge for organizations because it often lacks the identification necessary for proper recognition, storage, and utilization. Data in an organization is created and accumulated in massive amounts from an almost endless array of sources both internal and external [leading to confusion and ownership disputes, as well as contributing to the obfuscation of bias and misconduct]. The inherent disorientation in most organization’s data optic often leads to costly mistakes, compliance violations, and litigation. The UnBiasIt Data Stack can recognize, control, protect, store, administer, and organize all of an organization’s data. A full data optic is a critical component of any organization’s transparency and accountability, and the UnBiasIt Data Stack is the most comprehensive data optic solution available. Leveraging the UnBiasIt Data Stack will enable organizations to turn their data into a valuable asset while recognizing and deterring potential bias and misconduct both internally and externally.BPM Black-Owned Incubated BusinessAbout Dean“As the Chief Executive Officer of UnBiasIt, LLC, I have worked with our international teaming partners and providers to develop various data management and compliance solutions in order to fully enable organizations to recognize and eliminate inherent bias and misconduct throughout their enterprise - as well as transforming their data as a resource which can easily and accurately be drawn upon when needed for the critical information governance that is increasingly demanded of every enterprise.”Dean Haynesworth CEO/Founding Partner UnBiasIt and Black Progress Matters

Most importantly, the organization has sole ownership of both the criteria and the data at all times.UnBiasIt Data Detect will provide a clear optic of your unstructured and dark data, analyzing large amounts of data and identifying subtle issues to shine a light on your organizational racial biases to further enable your Diversity & Inclusion mission of building a culture of belonging through transparency and accountability. With a deeper understanding of where the racial biases reside, the organization can garner learnings to take action and prevent potential litigation and costly damages both financial and commercial. The most comprehensive and advanced data optic solution available.A full data optic is a critical component of any organization’s transparency and accountability, and our UnBiasIt Data Stack is the most comprehensive and advanced data optic solution available. You know who’s watching your money, but who is watching them?Walker Sports Audit is an independent audit service that autonomously evaluates our client’s entire portfolio of endorsements, contracts, investments, compliance, and tax reporting for a fixed or contingency fee. Additionally, WSA can provide our clients with an independent continuous monitoring service for all of their financial activity. Most importantly, no WSA service provider will ever be able to be engaged by our clients beyond our WSA engagement. We will not be looking to solicit clients beyond our stated services. We will never attempt to replace our client’s accountants, agents, etc.Although we will initially be addressing athletes and celebrities [who fill the news every day with horror stories of how they were ruined by embezzlement from their most trusted advisors], we feel our independent audit and continuous monitoring services will also prove valuable to clients who have considerable estates with little personal business acumen or experience. Estates acquired through inheritance or divorce are particularly at risk from unscrupulous or indifferent fiduciary oversight. There are four main components of our WSA services:• Independent Forensic Audit • Advacovery • Continuous Financial Monitoring • Walker Sports Audit Trusted Advisor Rating Service“We simply offer our clients a very valuable and necessary audit and evaluation with a degree of separation that ensures no compromising agenda or misplaced loyalties.” Doug Whaley CEO/Executive Partner Walker Sports AuditBPM Black-Owned Incubated Business

The home for powerfully effective facial oils.Growing up across three different continents, I was able to experience and learn beauty secrets from women around the world. Build condence. Change the world.“When I moved to New York City, I quickly realized that a girl like me had to work a little harder and be a little smarter in order to reach my goals. I had unique challenges as a plus size girl. From dating, to job hunting to finding wide calf boots, things were different for me. I needed a place to sort through my own feelings of insecurity. So, in 2008 I started a blog as a hobby. I created a blog about fashion, fitness, dating and living in New York City from a curvy girl’s perspective. From the beginning, I’ve had a community of passionate and insightful women who have come along with me on my journey [if you’ve been with me from the beginning, thank you!]. As my work made an impact in the world, I’ve been super humbled to model and work with brand partners including: NIKE, LOFT, Bloomingdales, Olay, Secret Deodorant, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Amazon, and so many more.I’ve also been able to create brands of my own. In 2015 I quit my corporate 9-5 job and co-founded theCURVYcon. Our continually sold-out convention is sponsored by brands like NIKE, LOFT, Dia&Co, Target and Sephora. I love telling stories through photos, videos and writing. I can’t wait to continue sharing my personal and professional evolution with you.”– CeCe Olisa | Creator, Cocoa by CeCeCeCe is now setting the new standard in beauty, beginning with a collection of Cocoa-infused goodness to nourish your mind, body, and soul.About CeCeNamed one of the “Top 10 New York Fashion Bloggers” by WhoWhatWear and a “person who proves you can be fit at any size” by MTV, CeCe Olisa is co-Founder of theCURVYcon, a plus size fashion convention during New York Fashion Week.
